Ahmed Hamdy is a senior banking and financial advisory professional with over 35 years of experience across corporate banking, investment banking, credit recovery and restructuring. He previously served as Head of Corporate Recovery at a leading multinational bank and held other senior leadership positions within multinational financial institutions.
As Founder and Managing Director of Finsol, Ahmed leads a specialised advisory firm with a core focus on non-performing loan (NPL) advisory, restructuring and distressed credit solutions. Backed by experienced shareholders with deep banking and financial services expertise, Finsol supports banks, corporates and investors in resolving complex credit situations, unlocking value and navigating financial challenges across the Egyptian market.
SHAHINAZ HASSAN
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Shahinaz Hassan is a licensed Legal Auditor with over 38 years of experience in finance, treasury, audit and tax management. She has worked with leading Egyptian groups including Mansour Group, ABCO Group and Ragab Sons.
Shahinaz brings extensive expertise in financial management, banking negotiations, facility restructuring, payment rescheduling and settlement arrangements. She supports clients in strengthening financial controls, improving internal procedures and managing complex financial and tax matters with professionalism and discipline.
ISMAIL FAHMY
Non-Executive Director
Ismail Fahmy is a senior grain procurement and commodities specialist with over 35 years of experience across the MENA region. He advises institutional clients on procurement strategy, tender structuring, contract negotiation and risk management in international grain markets.
He began his career in diplomacy before moving into international banking with Crédit Commercial de France in Paris. He later served as Regional Director for the Middle East at Groupe Soufflet, one of Europe’s leading grain trading and milling groups.
Mr. Fahmy brings deep expertise in wheat and commodity sourcing, large-volume tenders, price exposure, FX risk and freight management. He was appointed by the Prime Minister of France as Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France for four consecutive terms in recognition of his contribution to French international trade.
RANIA MOHAMED
Executive Advisor
Rania Mohamed brings extensive administrative and operational experience from leading multinational companies including Schlumberger, Xerox and Johnson Controls.
As Executive Advisor, she supports Finsol’s administration, operations, corporate communications, vendor relations, government affairs and training coordination, ensuring efficient internal processes and high service standards.
